The sales tax on May 1st will be set for 16.51%. By May 1st, PJ Jingle emergency bank EBT cards will be available to all Jamaicans who require them. The cards will pay $ USD 50.00 plus applicable taxes. They are provided free of charge. The cards will be available at the NCB branches and at the Tax offices across the Island. These cards are for the local aboriginal people without TRN numbers.
They will be invited and encouraged to get a TRN number; forthwith.
On May 1st, every Jamaican with TRN and bank account will receive $ USD 2250.00 / $ JMD 225000.00 per month as PAID INTO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT.
On April 29th, all current JPS with TRN in good citizenship standing ( all JPS that includes the JDF, NCB, JCF and hotel employees with 1+ years of experience) will receive their salaries of $180,000.00 per month. They should receive this sum retroactively from January 29th 2026). This includes Warren A. Lyon. New contract agreements will be sent to all JPS by email on May 1st. An additional $ JMD 86,000.00 will be added per month from June 28th 2026 until January 28th, 2027.
Mortgage and Rent Forgiveness.
Please pay who you are required to pay in the method communicated if you are subject to the new property Occupation System if you have received any mortgage write off or Mortgage forgiveness. The exemption and Pardon offer now extended to April 27th, if it's not fulfilled by then, will be resolved as follows: All those currently due to make payment to preserve or restore their TRN will have an exemption from obligatory system payment and they will also receive an automatic pardon if they are a government JPS employee with payment of $ USD 560,000.00 per month by the Government of Jamaica to the stakeholder Deutsche Bank that facilitates the current system. This payment secures and protects all life on the island under law. The US are already providing Jamaica $USD 278,000.00 per month and Japan is providing $USD 282,000.00 per month from what we understand.
With the payment of $ USD 560,000.00 per month, all lives are secure and safe with any rendition, execution, capture or apprehension as due for system non payment in abeyance for 10 days ( to May 6th , 2026) to assess the situation but remains open to the authorities to decide what procedures to use (with no weapons of mass destruction or obliteration destructive to the eco system involved). However, all other crimes that include treason, terrorism for theft of government documents such as passports may involve prosecution or rendition. The payments monthly will also involve a full resumption of Jamaican public services without extortion and with the payments of $ USD 560, 000.00 taken out of the Bank of Jamaica account by Deutsche Bank; with all Jamaican passports applied for duly delivered using Government couriers by the end of April 2026; April 30th, 2026 to be exact. An extras day is now granted. This includes the passport of Warren A. Lyon ( DPM).
Mr. Patterson is a signatory with others and they are supervising in this cooperative effort. This is a two legged race and not a one legged limp. This is understood. If there are any former leaders who are in need of a pardon for the conviction levied for contravening the property system and who are not JPS they should have made their application before April 27th, 2026 or they should have made payment to ensure the pardon although they were already convicted since February 17th, 2026. Their TRN is restored nonetheless while they remain convicted and in need of a pardon if not the JPS. However, they can request a pardon through the usual system and process. A special exemption to this rule is granted to all Clergy duly registered at the Tax Office as Clergy and to all former Prime Ministers that include Porsche Simpson, Bruce Golding former Prime Minister PJ Patterson, Edward Seaga, Michael Manley and Mr. Patterson's 12 closest comrades with pardon granted by DPM Warren A. Lyon. The pardon will not be entered until all passports applied for are delivered and received. This was to be done by April 30th, 2026. This time is now extended to May 1st, 2026. An abuse of the passport and record system is a high level terrorist offence including aiding and abetting impersonation. This is not weakness but we accept there are people adjusting to the changes they agreed to. So, an extra day is provided. It is a new system. We have stayed up all night to print T shirts for football and cricket games. They must also send a letter of acknowledgement of their pardon to the Jamaican Supreme Court. We have no doubt that the passports will be delivered. This is Jamaica; out of many, one people.
The passports must be delivered. All JPS will assist the British government in this endeavour directly as they ensure service delivery for the next 20 years. The Japanese and British government are supervising. As you assist in the delivery of all the passports, you will keep your pardon, your restored TRN and your citizenship in Jamaica as a member of the new British government sponsored JPS. It's a joy to live in Jamaica and be a part of the JPS. Your job is secure. Mr. Patterson is a signatory with others and they are supervising in this cooperative effort.
At this time, please disregard any previous comments about conviction and no pardon if you fail to do your job. Yet, you should not be found in any direct, evident dereliction of duty, criminal fraud, criminal extortion, criminal mischief, resistance of your JPS employer sponsored by and managed by the British government. This was always the case but we have asked for their immediate support at this time to ensure service delivery and the removal of racketeering from the JPS system. They will decide the extent of any current and future job duties or the appropriate assignment if passport or tax office services prove too honerous at this time. You may be reassigned to customer service at the Records/Passport Office or the Tax Office, security and translation at these offices as well as to roles in translation in Court or Hospital, the new EMS services ( now requested by the DPM) Teaching and lecturing at UWI or in other educational establishments. There will also be new Public Library Services and government run UWI community colleges like Sheridan College or Centennial in Toronto. But, you will have your JPS employment. Thank you for your prayers over the next 5 to 10 years. Our quality of life will be much like our Caricom colleagues, families and friends in the Caymans or St. Vincent.
We thank the JDF, Dr. Kevin Blake and the JPS in general for their honourable public service in working to get these passports delivered. The reign of extortion is over. The former Prime Ministers do not approve of any extortionate. You have the requisite passport photos and information for Mr. Lyon ( Warren Augustine) to obtain and receive his passport by the time allotted for all recipients; May 1st, 2026. Let's show them what we can do. We can do it! We can get it done even if we have to work all night for Jamaica in two or three locations.
The Work continues as JPS in the rebuilding. As we pay this $560,000.00 sum in lieu of all debts owed for 74 years, no rendition is warranted if public service is resumed. This should be of some assistance and comfort to any persons subject to the extraordinary rendition. We do not want to see any rendition and this methodology is coordinated to resolve these concerns.
If the persons due to make payment are not JPS, there is no automatic pardon. All persons required to make payment but failed to do so on their own cannot be more thankful and show at least their support and service. This covers all persons on the island, public service employees and also any former politicians. All monies to be paid to owners and legal occupants will still be Paid By the persons occupying the properties in question illegally by Garnishment facilitated directly by the system in the manners specified by legal occupants if specified or by the system if not specified.
