You may think of it negatively...

You may think you have to kill yourself because your mother did. Just forgive your mother.  You need acceptance but who would make you feel like you need to kill yourself for acceptance?  You celebrate Black history but you would kill yourself if a non Black person looks at you menacingly.  When you don't know the reason, you take it out on your husband and your children as if there is something fundamentally wrong with you. You externalize your fear of rejection.  The only human being who would know your struggle is a Mulatto black person who may appear White but who may know your mindset. Well, other black people understand but it seems racism began with Mulatto people who thought about acceptance issues. Some mulatto people must look white enough to satisfy the contrast in a Brownie photo camera or a black and white film to pass for white. White people enjoy hard work and heraldry to principles. They also laugh when they see black people kill their children for acceptance.  The only acceptance you need comes from loving your children; just like Walt Disney told you?   They got over most of their acceptance issues when they watched Walt Disney's Dumbo.  But, not all of the issues.  Some of them play these acceptance and authority games.  If asked to deliver something to someone to confirm their obedience to get a full time job offer, they would prefer to throw it away and pretend to have delivered it if it means they have to deliver it to a Black person since they were not given money first.  Really good people understand that the person asking you to assist them will hire both individuals but you take the request negatively.  Instead, you want to say you will leave it in a hotel or police station under a camera and that the recipient should know where you delivered it; that they should feel it.   All you did is confirm that you are not obedient.  Graduation takes simple obedience. It has very little to do with intuition. You confuse one kind of intelligence known as intuition with another kind of intelligence that requires the ability to take and follow instructions with commitment. That involves both intuition and obedience in that your intuition will tell you what happens when you do not commit sufficient time to preparing for an exam.    But, in your spite you lost your own job offer.  You cut off your nose to spite your face.  Do not chant that you have no mother and father ever again. What is even worse, after your children graduate, you thought that you or those who share your fear of failure would also have to really study to graduate in this world if he lived too long so you made an arrangement with someone to hand out 700 keys to his home after he purchased it. This made quiet enjoyment difficult and people kept entering the home and scuffing the walls or spitting in the fridge. The arrangement also involved your belief that you would become the Prime Minister of St. Vincent with great promotion so long as you worked to kill your son, hand his job offers back to the post office and you said there were two offers in June. You stole his other mail and have shown only some kind of resentment toward him. He loves you nonetheless and has tried to ensure you are not used or mistreated.  Remember who decided you should have free schooling. It was the real white people.  They used to to have free university.  It is still free in some cultures. But, if you attended, you would have to believe you could graduate instead of believing your fear or failure.  Why didn't you just tell your son or your children to take a different path but, instead, you demand educational excellence. Now, you are joining people who wish to treat the process of actual graduation as some kind of  challenge to your identity or self  concept as if it is a challenge to your paradigm in this world.  Apparently, you threw out a job offer he was given at 16 years old and you bring it back to the post office to say you don't think he wants it. He never had a chance to decide. Now, he is a Masters in Accounting or Engineering and you are still throwing out job opportunities. What is it that you have to say?

Tuesday, October 11, 2016 But, he must still maintain his debt payments for the items. He had no rental agreement with the water company. It was a purchase agreement for the purchase of the water heater and furnace. November 2015. Dear Madam or Sir: http://www.chci.ca/Vista_Loan_Program_Contract_CHCI.pdf

With respect to your various issues, the data information sheet concerns rented or leased to own property. My client was not renting or leasing to own any equipment. He financed the purchase of a water heater and a furnace with Vista Credit that is quite like the finance purchase of the same equipment with Home Depot. It was a credit purchase; not a lease. He had a regular, standard finance agreement to purchase appliances and/or the hot water heater. Although financed, Mr. Iguana remains liable to pay his debt to Home Depot or Vista credit for any chattels purchased on credit and that remained in the home as part of the sale. These chattels may have included appliances or furnaces. Whether or not he sells the home, it is his credit a/c. The a/c with the finance company remains open regardless of the sale and regardless of whether or not Mr. Iguana includes the appliances or furnaces in the sale. He could have taken it with him since it is a chattel that he purchased on a consumer purchase finance agreement and not an item being leased or rented. It did not need to be disclosed in the contract in the putative ares of dispute. It was included in the section concerning chattels if at all. It is much like a fireplace mantel that may have been mentioned in the contract as a chattel or it may not have been. If he left it behind as an included chattel whether or not he mentioned it specifically as an exclusion, then it is included in the sale and was, therefore, certainly a part of the sale much like a stove hood fan. But, this may be too simple for you to accept although it is the correct answer and you want to argue. He included the furnace and water heater in the sale. But, he must still maintain his debt payments for the items. He had no rental agreement with the water company. It was a purchase agreement for the purchase of the water heater and furnace. It could not be assumed under the contract. It was much like the purchase of a fridge and dishwasher. It is Mr. Iguana's debt on the finance agreement and he should continue to pay the debt accordingly. It remains with him following the sale. He was required to update his address with the finance company and to maintain his payments. Mind you, he could have paid off the debt to the Vista Credit company before he listed his home for sale. It is not clear why he wishes to renege on his debt to Vista credit for the purchase of the equipment. This is not a Real estate question and Mr. Iguana did disclose the information correctly on the data sheet; that no equipment was rented or leased to own. In the alternative, he could have paid off the equipment credit debt owed to Vista Credit following the sale. If he included Best Buy or Sears Appliances/furnaces purchased on credit as chattels in the sale of the home, he could not expect the new owner or anyone else to pay off his debt. The balance of the Vista credit card account remains with the seller and payable by him as the debt debtor and contracting party with Vista in the same manner as he would still have to pay any Sears card balance for a furnace purchased and left in the home he sold to any buyer in good faith. The real estate firm is not responsible for this and nor are they ever responsible for chattel debts on finance agreements when homes are sold. This is simple and pure contractual analysis in Hyderabad or in any part of the world regardless of whether you were given your credentials as an airline pilot or as a Master chief in a Halo video game.
