Granny's husband was a little darker than she was but everybody was following that color consciousness back then in the "darkness of hell" times.  You had to get into a group of people where you could practice the nonsense. The lighter people did it right on up to snow white and there is no snow white.   So, what are you going to do but kill yourself  when no snow white exists? But, in the 15th century ghost white facial powder in certain circles was a tool of sorts. Maybe it might come back into fashion.  Anyway, Granny told her children that she was sort of their mother because she could not believe that her husband's seed could produce such intelligent children that could see how she felt before they went to church as the daughter would rub Granny's foot in compassion.  Granny did not want to go to church to see Granddad worship. She wanted his attention. The children adopted the resentment of church and resented him as well.  Granny was in the group of people who were allowed to self educate and she read one book of the encyclopedia three times like she was told at least half way down the page. Granny chose the "maths" encyclopedia since she believed that if she understood maths, she could learn anything.  when he got his certificate from America for Divinity, she hid because she was afraid he would not love her any more if he had it so she hid it and the children knew what Granny did.  He started asking her to give it to him. She never did. The police relative named Wing shot him for  allegedly hitting all of them. He never did.   Wing had some foreign back up(locals with silencers) who would do whatever he said.  If he did not like how people feel, usually Baptists, they would be hit.  The same relative, Wing, put a bump on her leg for evidence.  Granny and her husband were Baptist and Wing was Jehovah Witness. Her youngest daughter was really born in 1958 although she tells everyone it was 1959. She is really 58 years old and not 57. Wing told the youngest to cut her nose a little so that the family would have authority.   So, what do you do?   The current companion of the youngest pulled her top off in public once at a concert to let everybody see how old she really is; the devil he is but it seems to have been her daughter's idea.
