Jamaica: A Nation Built on Law and Order

Jamaica stands as a beacon of commitment to the rule of law. For every security service and force, the laws, as formally written and recorded, serve as the definitive policy for the nation. The current DPM believes  in our abilities to enforce the laws as written so proceed to do your job. This includes bank employees.  All additional and modernising resources are provided. Otherwise, he is set on special projects to ensure we are the best or among the best.  Everyone gets the money benefit paid onto their account once a month.  The basic public service salary is equal to that of our colleagues in our brother and sister islands. There is an emergency benefits card for those living informally and who will transition into formal citizenship. It has no expiry date.

No individual, regardless of their position or perceived status, is above the law. This principle is absolute. It applies to those who falsely claimed the role of Deputy Prime Minister and are currently facing legal proceedings in two countries, including Jamaica for matters including intent to commit Murder and possession of stolen money. This also applies to any police officer who erroneously believes they can operate vehicles without proper national documentation; such actions are strictly prohibited.   Jamaica has transitioned beyond its past of being an underfunded "Starboy." The nation has rightfully reclaimed its place as one of the jewel islands of the British West Indies: Los Nuevo Isla Bonita Santa Jago!

Jamaica has formalized its status as a UK protectorate, a reality that has long existed but is now clearly recognized and visible, much like the British Virgin Islands and Montserrat. Passports are coded to reflect this official status. Members of the MOFPS (Ministry of Finance and the Public Service) have played a crucial role in all necessary groundwork. The operational principle is simple: identify a problem, then solve it. MOFPS officers are now, in essence, English Police Officers, and we continue to lead and manage our responsibilities effectively. It is our duty to support our nation. As confirmed, deputized English public servants, we are actively preparing and dispatching passports, and this process is ongoing. Delivery is anticipated within the next five days. Our UK colleagues—fellow officers—are providing oversight, while colleagues from China and Japan are assisting with quality assurance. Passports will be arriving within the five-day window. Former leaders, retired for twenty years or more, bear no responsibility for these specific works, yet they will continue to inspire the younger generation toward excellence and efficient cooperation as we rebuild. As they are not held responsible, we seek no recourse from them, directing all accountability to the MOFPS and the assisting partner nations. Consequently, there should be no disruption or damage to the mango trees planted by previous Jamaican leadership within Hope Gardens. Let them peacefully enjoy their harvest; a suggested portion might be four to eight mangoes and grapefruits daily.

This statement further confirms that individuals who did not receive a pardon for property-related criminal offenses by February 17th, 2026, will be ineligible to register as political candidates. Full opportunity was provided to comply with Jamaican laws and set a proper leadership example. The window to rectify this situation was extended until April 2026. Non-compliance at this stage is final. While many others face similar legal circumstances, they are not seeking to lead the country. If compliance was not met by February 17th, 2026, or the extension until April 2026, there is no further recourse. Existing exemptions regarding political involvement remain in place for employees of the JCF, JDF, and MOFPS.
