There can be no demands on the pulpits as to who will get to teach on Sunday; especially not those who destroy; especially not those who fail to help in the work. JOHN SMITH aka Andrew Holness is now formally a convict in Jamaica for criminal trespass, entering the island with falsified information. He did not confirm truthfully his status as convict. He was therefore never Prime Minister. He is now travelling and being given awards in his infamy. It was an investigation since he may have threatened a lawyer in Toronto after reading an article about his work and then he was told he could try to be him but it would cost. He is already a murder convict for agreeing to participate. Jamaica with it's current and past leadership has chosen as of April 26th, 2026 to take on some more direct assistance from it's partner nations to resolve some long standing problems in it's public service and administration involving abuses of public office and extortionate practices in a kind of pay to play scheme or pay to get access to basic services. There is evidence and the JCF has issued warrants after it's investigation and also immediate convictions. We will be working among personnel from this partner nations who assist already in financial management with the printing of money and the collection of sales tax. We are heading to the BVI in terms of life quality in Jamaica. There is no struggle or fight to do this. No old politicians are leaving us. We are just doing the good we know we are capable of doing. Why covet the quality of life on other Islands when we can have that quality of life at home in Jamaica? They will be assisting in other ways now and they have no doubt in our capabilities. We know we are good any way. But we have to see it like we see anything else as we judge our own success honouring Jamaica. We honour Jamaica in this work just as we do on the track in sports. Did we pass the baton on time to another Jamaican in mutual cooperation or drop it? Did we deliver the documents, the passports? They will be helping us and training us in achieving that requisite cooperation, achieving not only our track team goals but our public service goals. We are transferring the skills of perfect timed cooperation on the track to our work in public service. We will be gold medallists on the track and in global public services.

While Jamaica has more churches per capita, it is also the poorest nation in the West Indies. But we do not disagree with the quality of life enjoyed by other West Indians. We can send  that quality of life and West Indian standard of living  to Jamaica in hours, by tomorrow morning. There will be no void in service as we do this. Some may leave and some will stay to do the work. But there will be no void in services. Passport applications already submitted must result in the delivery of the passport to the client citizens as soon as possible; by the end of April 30th 2026.  This cannot remain a dangling annoyance. Send the passport document immediately. If you are a JPS enjoying your experience, your salary is increasing and so is your national income support benefit as it increases for all citizens so we can enjoy like our neighbours in other island countries or in South America. 

There is no change to the current status otherwise or resource of previous Prime Ministers and they will attend  dinners and functions in their  current schedule. They are much like Chiefs of Police in retirement and want everyone to cooperate together in a non bi partisan way as one for the next few years to achieve our goal; for the one people.  The old will  take care of the young and the young will take care of the old.   The Governor General carries on in his duties until further notice with the Governor General providing support in the shared role.  Parliament is prorogued during this military administration.  

The DPM Warren A. Lyon confirms that Jamaica will also be purchasing four Saab state of the art Grippen fighter jets.

All Jamaica Public Service Employees as of December 29th, 2025 will be receiving $100,000.00 extra JMD per month in salary that is extra salary to be added to the current salary being received  and paid for $180,000.00 in total per month  The salary will also increase by an extra $JMD 56,000.00 per month due to the extra work called for in the rebuilding with this additional sum added for June 28th, 2026. We are rebuilding people; not just roads.  All will benefit and partake. 

Jamaica is also  producing a One Love Daily Bread Benefit Emergency Card that pays only USD $50.00 per day/ $ JMD 5000.00 per day in benefits plus applicable taxes to be used daily by 11:59 pm.  There is no rollover function. The card works in Jamaica only.   The card is for the many people in the island who are helping in the rebuilding that do not have formal bank accounts but who live and work in the island and who will begin the process of formal identification with the card. They are also helping in all  the rebuilding and will need their food and bread to stay vital as they work.   The country already has a card agreement with a vendor for many Public Service workers. This is simply an extension of the current card program and tech but for emergency benefits to be provided to Known aboriginal Jamaicans (usually the elderly) who are in the process of establishing their formal identity. 

Those with bank accounts and TRN numbers will receive their payments directly to their bank account. Approximately $ USD 74.17 per day for about $USD 27,000.00 per year. This will proceed as of February 28th 2026 and will pay a total of $2250.00 per month. 

This is pursuant to our UN commitments under the UDHR Article 25 and also our commitments to Caricom.  All Caricom countries have made a commitment to pay an income support benefit to their citizens. We have been slow with complying over the last 10 years during the JLP hour that is now passed only because their chosen leader, and possibly the party was not aware, did not have sufficient ID to open a bank account, get car insurance, book a hotel room or register a vehicle; not able to be an airport  staffer or any other government understudy.  He cannot be leader of any party as he cannot establish his legal status at any government offices or he has refused to do so. We are sorry about this since he does great YouTube videos to almost make you cry.  His real name is imposter and is a murder convict  to be apprehended for impersonation of the real imposter who has been in the Cayman Islands.  A letter from the JLP in this shambles is anticipated with an apology from the imposter.    They had not set any policy on the issues of income support.   Let me say the Deputy Prime Minister is apolitical in all work.  For the good of all, we comply now with the new PNP interim government.
