There will be a Cuban public service officer working at every Public Service Office in Jamaica during the rebuilding as supported by Cuban Police and Soldiers who may already be on the island. They will also assist any JCF on emergency calls or the JDF where necessary. This is within the Caricom Contingency plans for national integrity and security in emergencies. Many of the resorts are owned and managed by Cuba. Thank you. Many of the rebuilding projects will be managed by Cuba and some by the Caymans. Thank you. Warren A. Lyon, DPM.
