He would like to start a family but he feeling a bit like a hostage as he waits in a dignified way. The Canadian country’s loss at 3% since 2012 is tremendous and you need to accept it. It works out to about 4.5 billion a year and every year for more than 13 years now. We respect the powers that be as they have been appointed by God and it would be that he has appointed the people for the people and by the people so we have to have a conversation every so often; about how it's going for us.

You play with the population and their lives as if it's some variable whose real human value or worth is not to be respected. The income support, like the glass of wine or beer at the table during dinner with rent or mortgage paid, is a sacred tradition and we celebrate collectively. We increase it to satisfy our collective needs. This is the expectation.  It  is to be hallowed, protected and made accessible. You can do it. You are not a child.  But, this is what we get during your one life to live as the world turns since these are the days of our lives; as we try to understand the young and the restless.  

If you are given a blank piece of paper and a pen in a government building and 5 or more years to write or sketch something out, your plans for all,  What do you say or…do? Maybe you do…something.  You offer them a buck per puck at the sports store, a $250 benefit cheque two months before the election (I got an all inclusive week in Thunder Bay, thank you) and then you cancel licence plate renewal to say “this should do”; every little  bit helps; eh?  But  what is the expectation?  We need more than pucks for a buck.  We have to pay for food, clothing, skates, sticks, gloves and the vehicle’s lease.  How do we pay for the wine and beer in satisfying…our needs? Who is your advisor? Do you know they are a terrorist convict? It has nothing to do with the way you look but it's your criminal mind…and your selfishness. We are supposed to pretend that we have not noticed. If all the people are monkeys, would we not care for them,  give them what monkeys need to be safe and free from endangerment? If all the people are wine and beer shoppers (look at the pretty labels designed to sit nicely on a table!!), wouldn't we give them what consumers need to be safe and free from endangerment? Remember that in all this multiculturalism, human dignity is the most important culture. Would the monkey, if we let him lead us, would he agree with this?  Then, you also steal the election. 

The Anthropology

Christopher Columbus just hates a father figure.  Christopher wants to tell how he works, how he does the job. He does not want to know about what you say.  He does not want to know about you and your job awards of recognition.  His daughter, Yolandezee Encotempte, is a Pangea woman and also pirate scum, pretending to be a law graduate with Mr. Hall.  She hopes to see the graduate dead since she is just a Pangea 4 time High School drop out.  They need soo soo much attention; taking up the whole entire space and day.  You have to acknowledge the “Orphan” Ship Captain’s pain of abandonment before he can hear what you are discussing about his economy; that he worked  to sink us but says he should still have the authority.  He  was 10 when he landed in Jamaica but 20 years old when they finally came to help him. He said, “He did not want them to help him with anything” and was set, fixed in the shock of his experience and his scavenging ways. If this Christopher Columbus was given a chance to run a country or it's economy in 1962, how would he do it? What about in 2013 or 2025? If he has seven years as Central Bank Chief, what do you get? You get less national revenue and no increase in the income support.  You are  losing $4.5 billion a year since 2011. The majority  of the population in that frigid, piping cold is recovering less than $40,000.00 per year as income support.  The once lilly white universities and colleges threatened to shut down. They found a massive foreign student population from a more brown and yellow Asia (I don't really mind) to take up all of those privileged class room spaces; creating an evident North American minority student population (from all kinds of backgrounds).  Most are right from Asia.  But, the Asian kids have enough income support/Participatory Remuneration to float through  the school experience with a well funded dignified resonance. So what we get is that if the guy would run the country or the economy like this instead of in some more constructive survivable, dignified European, UN UDHR Article 25 compliant Republic of Ireland way, he  is not from the Caymans; not from the Republic of Ireland.  He is a crazy Creole scavenger, sinking Citroen, Renault and sinking the English to tell us nonverbally, his scavenging experience and demands to kind of bring us along with him. All the world is a stage, the sick play; a sketch board for his eternal, fathomless angers. What is the loss  of $4.5 billion  dollars in 2011,2012 etc-2025 when you reduce the sales tax by 3%? In terms of time and chance, the opportunity to collect that revenue is gone but over ten years that is $45 billion.  You had your $45 billion in Creole Expression; all gone, down the drain and there is a government that says there is buckstop that will not let this continue any longer if this all about your personal hegemony over all the government; maybe.  Take a can of Canadian beer and write $45 billion on it, then pour it down the drain. You vented and expressed yourself but you can't get it back now. But, when you watched that movie where it takes about the “Desert of the real”; that was not a command or an instruction. But, maybe you thought he was talking about you.  You create a desert when you had the chance to make an oasis. Do you remember this?  The loss  of 3%  per day of sales tax collection is tremendous over 14 years. But, every little bit helps; eh rock star boy? If you had kept the sales tax at 16% and then provided us in Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia an additional $2.30 per hour of income support funding that little bit won't have truly helped with thankfulness.  That would have brought most of us up to $50,000.00 per year and over ten years that is about $500,000.00. Every little bit in the kitty helps. 

The guy who tells you to watch the rocket shoal, you say you can't hear him because he has more education than you. But, you covet the social dignity you place upon him. He finished  grade 11 and dropped out. You finished grade 10.  You have a Jake that is different from your father’s name.  He is Brando and you are…. Houston or a Douglass.  He thinks he is protecting you from a whole world or nosy, troublesome people but you say you feel outside, stigmatised and you want him, your father, to know how it feels.    

Let's play the song from the Monkees pop group.  Beef sausages are $9.50 in 2025. Milk is in average $6.00 for 4 litres. Taking 3% from the economy has not improved the cost of living.  The cost of rent or house prices have gone up by 3-7% every year but the income support/ participatory remuneration has not followed suit. You have not worked to guarantee and ensure that the benefit is paid and received for daily use by every citizen. You see the fraud of a father affecting a child and you could  not really wait another 40 years to apply the golden rule that you demanded the children to learn while in Pre School. You could not hope to see the child die in public.  So this guy running the economy is not from Europe ancestrally; not from the Caymans. We are freezing. He is not from Sweden or Norway or Italy or the Republic of Ireland. He is from “Scavenger”; an unusual real, yet somewhat almost invisible population in the real human world. He is telling you a story, working out how to be the only one with his hands on the ship rudder wheel, does not want your input or assistance to avoid risking a sinking and the death of the whole population on board but so long as it's him that is sinking it with him in total control; not you! He might use a puppet to facade his work and all his doing to be the disaster.  

Its 2025. The year 2300 is a short distance away. The English populations economically lag behind the global leaders. The English will be, if not right now, in the Global  top 10 in the World Cup of Economics. 

Right now they do not qualify. We just need to reverse that power to hold anyone or anything with notl other motivation but to cause disappointment, any interruptions to an economy.  It's not necessary. 

So, we confirm that the banking system is updated to ensure that such unnecessary holds cannot take place; especially for government initiated payments to its citizen.  It is no longer the bank's job to investigate or ask questions about any payment for any amount.  The police alone have the power of investigation. Government payments are benefit payments so why are they being held, interrupted, so that people are at risk of dying? It's a government payment.  

The government has already sent the payment, verified the recipient with account details and bank sort code/transit number.
