Jamaica, 1930s Ken acknowledged Leefsland in public in 1969 so that he woud not have to kill anyone in a fear of rejection. Leefsland's father is in this video. It is placed on a building in German Town than Ken owns in addition to an old home in the Gordon Town area; not Irish Town.
