We need Haitian people who know how to speak English and other languages like Spanish with the mastery so that they will be able to help their families and their community whether or not they have the favor.

We need Haitian people who know how to speak English and other languages like Spanish with the mastery so that they will be able to help their families and their community whether or not they have the favor. Sometimes favor cannot save you from a Red light camera ticket where you could have a full withdrawal of charges if you had someone with understanding explain it to you and to the court for your honorable success as a Haitian.  Then, you feel good.
