So after 1980, they keep holding English graduates ransom in some shape or form while hoping to simply hand in their work in plagiarism any where in the world to say "..We need it back.  We need it back; whatever you took from Jamaica!" However, they encourage the students to go to show the world how well and capable their half, quarter, 1/3 or 1/5 English ancestry can be in any top English forum so great..great..great..good good!  Then, they do not rely on their own graduates or brain trust and pay for foreign consultations, paying three times as much as a means of having English association since the court is really English no matter what you do and also the parliament no matter what you do although they could hire their own graduates and then just take a trip, all of the old heads, to drop off a donation at the British museum that actually has free admission or they could donate at St. Paul's Cathedral or the Tate Modern and then just sit in the public gallery at the Westminster Parliament and feel good..great man great or buy a book at Wildy and sons and see a ladder on a book shelf to get thy book for thy reading list or for thy association.   In fact, it would be cheaper to throw money in the front door of St. Andrew's Church or the Anglican Church at Port Royal.
