I don't have and  to say that I think intelligence is only feeling as to when my adoptive father is coming to my room to have me  " help it"  and not submitting with study to a syllabus that you receive 8 months or more in advance of the exam."  You need a viable foreign trained population that can celebrate the culture abroad and buy one of those new condos in your island or one of the older ones sitting empty. He also need to have friends and does not mind if you are black so long as you are humble if you know what that means. You do as he feels and if he does not want you to sit at the top of the bus or drive a Pontiac you don't. The ship Captain is a King of his own kind and that microcosm of society on the ship becomes a manifesto called Mein Kampf. The only people who live are the orphan or the "orphan culture" people( those who feel like orphans to go up as they "do" to go up) and also the ship Captain. The ship captain threw certain people off the ship because he felt those individuals showed presumptuous social position and spiritual authority during the Atlantic passage and does not like it if people feel like they have a father. Those individuals who feel like they had a father may be the children of a parishioner who was thrown off a ship illegally because the ship captain did not like their belief and how they responded to his absolute authority. Those individuals who feel like they have not taken on the understanding that the only father anybody can have in this microcosm of society is the "ship captain". He is your father now with furor.
