It is not a wire transfer but accessing your account through VISA debit just as VISA debit can be used to buy goods online or at a store any where in the world using the available balance in your bank account and you would use and access this option on the bank machine screen to make cash withdrawals only at a machine maintained by the institution that maintains your account in your home island or in another island. Eventually, you could access the cash via VISA DEBIT at any machine in the world. In other words, all bank cards will be VISA DEBIT bank cards also but it is not necessary that this must happen to get the VISA DEBIT program going at machines as soon as possible.
