The IBAN and networked banking with Visa payments in your online banking portal: In the West Indies, there are several banks doing their best to provide modern and credible services. Most West Indian countries provide an income support to all of their citizens including Jamaica. You may request that your statements are delivered to your address in that West Caricom country or else where but this statement request will not dislodge you from the income support benefit. It is just a statement delivery option. You have an account as you satisfy the requirements to have one and thereby you are entitled to receive your income support; good good!! What are you saying if you don't ensure all citizens are credited this vital benefit that is a national symbol of something progressive? You like that one. //// But, it seems that you cannot access your account cash at bank machines as a Caribbean bank account holder using those machines branch locations on other islands but you could send yourself a wire payment from your NCB Caymans Account to your NCB Jamaica account to withdraw funds at NCB Jamaica if you had accounts at both bank franchises of the same bank in two different islands, using two accounts and two IBANS and two or more account cards in the region. The IBAN is a.....google IBAN. //// But, what if you could use a function on the bank portal to withdraw money on the VISA debit platform and function from your one account or the other as you travelling through different islands? It is not a wire transfer but accessing your account through VISA debit just as VISA debit can be used to buy goods online or at a store any where in the world using the available balance in your bank account and you would use and access this option on the bank machine screen to make cash withdrawals only at a machine maintained by the institution that maintains your account in your home island or in another island. Eventually, you could access the cash via VISA DEBIT at any machine in the world. In other words, all bank cards will be VISA DEBIT bank cards also but it is not necessary that this must happen to get the VISA DEBIT program going at machines as soon as possible.

The Jamaicans pay all citizens $10,000.00 per year as income support; all citizens with a TRN and they pay a little extra to their track stars and their academic stars that performed well in public with a gold, silver or bronze or an A, B or C or a 1st, 2:1 or 2:2. But, certainly no one gets less than the $10,000.00 USD as the TRN says you are a Jamaican.
