This is wrongly put. It is accurate to say that it is mostly likely that there will be those who experience our economy differently due to obvious differences in life opportunities, education to defend what you own, culture and personal habit but that the opportunity for wealth above the average beckons to us all equally when you save more than you spend and maintain a paper trail of what you own as well as understand what you own.   There is no economic rule that people must die if you implement a more efficient postal sorting machine at the post office.  There is no rule that there must be those who have nothing to live on except in one's fallacy about economics.  This is dysfunctional.   All functioning economies do not accept  these notions.   The mind is like a machine lever  and the idea is the program. People do not have to die. If they do,  the market dies.     The idea that America is just an Idea is, in fact,  a weapon in the form of an idea or propaganda.   America is more than an idea.  The idea that we could continue with a carburetor for more than 40 years in our engine design after 1939 was a weapon. The idea that we did not need a national income support before WW2 broke out or as soon as possible thereafter was a weapon. There is still no official national minimum standard. It is suggested that the Vermont system should constitute that standard.  In spite of the various competing hegemonies that can stifle an economy, every citizen is a widget of equal  bio-mechanised, smart phone enabled economic value in one of several colours and they are necessary for the economy as a meaningful method of bio-mechanised automated exchange; exactly like money.  You need money for the profit based transaction. You also need the consumer; whatever color he or she is.   Without people who are equipped with money, nothing happens in terms of selling, buying or earning a profit. If you don't have enough people with money, then you have a recession and a depression.  Without them engaged in  spending and shopping, the economy is dead.  Our one concern is that the smart phone may be some smart phones, are terminating people with a suggestive power that also reduces inhibition maybe with a drug in the material and the suggestions cannot be resisted by some people who struggle with a genetic evolutionary gap where, for instance, they may  say my smart phone told me to  do a world tour by sailing the ocean in a canoe. The smart phone told me to have ten husbands or gamble half  my wealth with the Robinhood APP.    But, that is crazy.     If they cannot work and earn money in any kind of stability and regularity due to the constant job eroding power of automation, then we equip them with money to make the community beautiful with beautiful people and we enable the functioning of the economy. We cannot ignore North America and think it could just be a massive duty free shop and amusement park that any citizen from any country can enjoy except for the American. It is a place where people  go to school, live and work and raise families. While the American with his Jambalaya dna suffers from an emotional gap where they say they don't want anyone English to have authority over them, some of them angry as Celtic blacks or Celtic whites about being  moved by the English to the new world or the West Indies.  A healthy experience with family is what is missing most as many of these Celtic people may not have enjoyed any family unit in Europe before they were sent to the new world in high numbers after 1560 but their first experience  in a family unit may have been as a servant and then they chose to emulate the master. But, families need mothers and fathers and not angry, cussing masters in power games over who left a spoon on the counter with the consequence being a beating before bed time with sobs alone in bed; with an apology in the morning about how parents don't always say things they would want to or like people in the movies and then they want to know if you will be their friend and then they give you a hug.   So, we need to save the nice black lady because the first lesson in salvation is forgiveness and this Gaelic Celtic dna coming back from the West Indies has been slow to forgive and understand the essence of forgiveness while they digest more Christian book material than any other population on the earth.  It is affecting our economics.  when it comes to resentment or resistance of simple economic principles, there is something tribal going on for hegemony. You are not to feel independent of the tribe or the elder. The elder, the government  should fund you.  How can you fund yourself; with your work?  Did you buy that home on your own? How could you own it without seven people? Two people are not enough.   More so, Europe should follow us as white and black Gaelic Mexicans or as Gaelic Taino. We are resisting in little things in the hope that they will come from Europe to fix it. But, they can fix it by computer network.  you can resist with a pop music band like Pink Floyd or a rap group full of actors who pretend to resist.    They also suffer from an evolutionary gap in economic understanding or industrial basic principles such as the importance of efficiency, we use them for the sale of finished goods either made in America or elsewhere and we work to bring them out of their evolutionary gap and own the means of production in America  to ensure there is no global consequence in wasteful methods. We work with them in public private partnerships to improve infrastructure such as high speed rail networks with hydrogen locomotives for a percentage of each toll road transaction and a percentage of every Amtrak ticket and they will be consumers at home and abroad for the most part with enough defense power to defend  and hold their little corner in the earth; hold your corner.   If they can help with unusual missions based on expertise developed over the years, then we call on them; thank them, honor them.   See the Movie Captain Phillips.    

The hegemony discussion is linguistic. The Anglo is losing based in his own frustrations with identity and cooperation with technological adaptation and economic adaptation. When it comes to identity, he is supposed to imagine monolithically as arriving from Europe. But, white is not synonymous with any  origin.  It be North America or Europe or Africa or Latin America.  They may be part Eskimo and part Northern Ojibwe, an Andean  or part Northern Iroquois with the dog hair texture. Can hair texture be associated with IQ? No. It is climate.  The ancient mountainous people always had longer hair with a dog texture. Coastal peoples had a shorter, more afro texture.   We feed our dogs. We must feed ourselves as humans in the economy with an income support that inoculates the population from the ravages of  the jobless causality occasioned by automation. The North American economy is not logical. Logic is an emotion. It is America and it seems that the theory behind the practice in American economic illogical and unnecessary maladies is to achieve an emotional hegemony for other populations. America is not logical.   There is a way to do that as America may continue in a Marshall fund of some kind paid to every state in Europe and also Russia but now it has nothing to pay. It is in debt as it borrows high from other countries but lends to other banks at a self defeating 0% interest rate. There is a fiduciary duty that must be met. The sales tax is also too low to maintain any Marshall Fund when it is only 5% and it should be 30% to be in league with Europe.      You lost all of your hope for global hegemony when you refused to adapt the fuel injector in 1939 and when you refused to adapt the universal income support by 1861 which emptied out your then existing 1861 population as people left North America in high numbers and a war ensued; the Civil War.     He has a self inflicted impediment and  the on going wound from within that says your technology is backward and your economy is backward and incapable of sustaining a population that is required  to maintain the economy and the country with the sales tax being too low and the suggestion of increasing any tax on the rich is just Presidential class warfare.  You killed yourself with these  technological and economic oversights in spite of all neighbor nation warnings from Russia, the UK, Germany, France and Ireland.    It says who he is.    An indirect tax on everyone in the form of an increased sales tax is the right answer at 30%.   It says there is .30 cents tax on a chocolate bar and $30,000.00 tax on a $100,000.00 vehicle which is fair to everyone. treating everyone equally and this is the way the wealthy people of Europe have dealt with it.    You would also give everyone $80,000.00 in income support regardless of their wealth. The Asians follow this policy and every Asian citizen is a soldier of occupation. He could sit in a hotel all year long in New York and never work as funded by his government. Maybe eventually, he will open a nail salon or a Ramen soup take out; jamen(jamming) with the ramen..Irie Brethren. But, if you don't put in the money or commit to the fuel injector or now the hybrid and very soon the fuel cell, what do you want? Is the North American Anglo asking the European Anglo to come and pick him up and feed him once?  You said you need your independence and all of your authority once but in not respecting some simple principles, you are losing in manufacturing and then your inefficiencies open up the entire market to more efficient manufacturers who also win with the customers when their Asian product is more durable and more dependable without your angry, hungry white fingers fucking up the engines in resentment while you drink, bake, eat Mr. Asian Noodles and watch baking movies  you say the robot will never be as good as you and that with 1 out of 5 engines being a properly built engine, the car company will see your personal hegemony. Instead, I see Asian hegemony.  Do not wait for anyone from Ireland or Scotland to come and give you a hug while your people are under funded, your government is under funded as it  does not collect enough sales tax in amounts commensurate to its competitor nations, thereby creating a reliance of foreign debt and you are also dependent on foreign citizens.       

 

 Language is identity.  Look at the Black Chinese and the Black Japanese.*  We need to save the nice black lady.   But, who would use my essays for hegemony and not feel diminished as they use them?  Maybe I have an older sibling who is a bit childish or its Napoleon the 12th.       But, it would be important for you to celebrate your identity as English or whatever and celebrate the income support with the rest of the human family. But, instead the ego lives in his childish ego that is cutting everything down around him; including his family in his hope to be the only one that ever did anything interesting in his family with his family being the tortured audience watching him in his anxious childish fascinations and machinations that his daughter might have a job or that his adopted son might win another 10 law cases in Court. He has certainly won quite a few.   So now, what if the English linguistic empire is run on this childish ego inherited from Christopher Columbus in how it is fragmented in terms of accent hegemony and public school location hegemony and North South hegemony and also mother country hegemony?  But, really it seems this problem has subsided some what when only a few territories in the English world have refused to participate in the agenda of the Queendom; stand off communities and territories.    That hegemony agenda requires every citizen in Danada to have an income support of $50,000.00 at the very least and every Native band citizen also. It requires every citizen in the West Indies to have an income support of at least  $20,000.00 per year. We suggest $80,000.00.  If the West indies was called Singapore, they would receive $80,000.00 per year.  If it waa called Belize, they would receive $30,000.00 per year.    

 

  Before we continue, any conversation involving Black America must begin with  the Amerindian Aboriginal community. There is nothing but Aboriginal people in Black America with a little African genetic sophisticated artisan Bronze age culture gloss on top.   They did not arrive naked as depicted two hundred years after slavery was abolished.     Only two ships left Africa with slaves; as confirmed with ship manifests and it certainly does not amount to 100's of ships or millions of people.  The real truth is that the Aboriginal alone is black. Some had afros and some did not; in America with the Mohican and the Blackhawk being tribes that had afro and who are people directly related to coastal Ghanaians and Nigerians.   These Blackhawks or Mohicans can be described as Ghanaians or Nigerians  but they are Ghanaians or Nigerians  that existed prior to the development of the Ghanaian language on the west side of the Atlantic. There are some Africans from the North Africa that landed on the west side of the Atlantic after the continental divide.    In other words, they are Ghanaians by virtue of original genetic geographic origin but not Ghanaian linguistically. That Ghanaian language was created sometime afterward; in Ghana.          

 

This is prayer.  Hegemony is more of an Aboriginal expression and also a very strong life and death emotion. The Black Forest German Aboriginal does not care if you look like him if you do not understand that he just needs to have authority over himself once, enjoy his own hegemony.     It may not be logic but it's the kind of emotion that says you would rather be dead than allow any English man with a land title deed system and culture to have any authority over you, that you would rather be dead than allow any African to have authority over you or any European and you are.... probably a Western Hemispheric aboriginal if you have any emotion like this.    I don't mind so long as it supports local human  life, Aboriginal life, all local human life regardless of complexion and there is more money for the local economy. I'm Egyptian.   The one on going problem is land property Ownership.  The aboriginal is content to buy shoes made out of trees grown on his land and animal's skins from animals reared on his land but he is not content to see his land owned by others  or to actually participate in the ownership of  his own land with the use of a contractual document and land registration and this is understood because it must feel being told you need to register your own shoulder. But, what if you did register it to protect it; all 500 acres of your ancestral aboriginal land as registered to your indian band?  You could rent some of it to a farmer or a fishery.  You could sell an acre to a gas station or rent it to the gas station for a 100 years or something.    The future beckons and is burgeoning.  There is a land tax and you need to know 7% of the land tax is an aboriginal land tax at 7% of the total land tax on any sale or transfer of land that is paid to aboriginal bands and community organizations as they receive direct Federal support and funding in a special aboriginal income support.

 

What if, for instance, the government decided to buy an entire brand new condo project and all the condo units therein at a fixed set cost per unit at $100,000.00 per unit and make them available as both rental units, as condos for sale to the public and as public housing units?  The citizens would have $80,000.00 per year in income support that works out to $200.00 per day per citizen.  Even if it is  or isn't housing, the citizen could pay market rent or a lower rent based on circumstances such as children to raise in a single parent context. Maybe they pay nothing per month as they qualify accordingly. Some Cabotriginals resent housing as undue favor but they usually are in housing themselves.     The average rent now on such two bed units is about $1800.00-$2000.00 per month in some markets for a two bed condo.  That works out to ten days of income support.  If the citizen says they would like to own it, then they would participate in a rent to own program with the government on a full ownership or shared ownership scheme with the government holding 40%  up to 70%. This could also assist in the extent or amount of your monthly payment if its shared ownership.     This would leave the citizen  in sufficient position to take care of all other needs.  Oka-tario is a standout community at this time in that the provision of support to citizens in the province is a perfect example of disparity.   Only transgender individuals receive the support unconditionally  at $50,000.00  and other citizens who are not transgender depending on where they live may get $20,000.00. If you live in "Scionville or Croburg, you do not receive any support while all citizens of Quebec, regardless of race or gender or language, receive the support unconditionally.  This creates unusual tension; like a standoff. It does not make any legal sense; it is not equity, it is not economic sense and nor is it helpful to diversity; nor is helpful to the maintenance of the human population. The province is dying out. If other populations will have to be called upon to make up the population to deficit while the income support is  adjusted for all of Oka tario to be on par with the greater Canadian community.  Maybe someone with black children and a mulatto wife was afraid he was going to have a black neighbor but this income support travesty is killing all the people; white people also. He swallowed a television transponder once in 1988 and his emotions are being broadcast all over the world.  It does not satisfy the white man's burden as a participant in the maintenance and propagation of a rather old and global civilization with its origins in Egypt.         

 

    

 

The human family has enjoyment and community when it works together on the issue of property ownership and safety of person.    Otherwise, there is continual movement between the various communities on the issue of land ownership.  Some aboriginals own land such as a house or condominium or farm and some do not.  Those who do own may at times take advantage of those who do not.  An example of this in the West is the Black Irish who moved to the West Indies and who were students and progenitors  of the culture of land ownership in Ireland with African Egyptian dna. You notice property ownership began in Egypt and it is a foreign concept to the human being in his most original state if it means you could prevent him from accessing or living off the wild life found in a river or in Regent's Park where you can find some deer today.    But, today the question is what community are you are part of in terms of participation in property ownership whether or not you are Afro Black. Some Afro Blacks in Europe could be original men who survived the continental divide but who are not Egyptian culturally  and who may have more allegiance to a cheddar man of various complexions who is also resistant to property ownership just like these Original men who are also referred to as troglodytes.   In the West Indies, the Cheddar man and those in allegiance with him along with some Black Irish who had already come to accept property ownership were intermingled with the black Iroquois and other Black Amerindian groups and some Black cheddar people from the London home counties. Add to this the Black Kings of Sans Succi who also believe they should not have to buy or own anything but that a castle should be given to them from birth as they need to be the King of Israel.  He provides a more complicated threat to the bedrock expectations or property ownership in our society. He is the 1430 dna and believes he has the right to take your life to be the only one, secure his position and see his authority. If you see this within you, it helps if you could repent but this is not his temperament as he believes he has a right to everyone of his emotions.  He may think of punching you in the nose or mouth but instead, he will try to hand you a bottle of soap with drano and hope you will use it as a gift to express his punch.  He may hand you a bottle of wine mixed with drano to take your teeth as to punch in the mouth. He may hand  you a bottle of Oil of Olay mixed with botulism to punch and burn your nose.  He may hand you cookies baked with cement powder to cake up and  kill your gums.  Your body is the temple and you need to protect and defend it.  He may put botulism with his dna in food as a food producer or pay people to do it to feel hegemony over you and its worth a $100,000.00 to him but it is illegal.      The Black Amerindian has often been a victim of land ownership games perpetrated by the unscrupulous Artful Dodgers, black and white, who may have come from Ireland or England for a better life.  The idea of a totally Victorian era white East End as perpetrated by some cinema is misdirecting. the culture of the artful dodger is shared by all.    The issue is when the Black Amerindian  or White Amerindian has seen a home owner in his community and chooses to covet and occupy the home owners property just as he has been occupied and kill as he has been killed in history.  But, why kill if  you could just put 50,000.00 pounds or $50,000.00  on your own property if you would just take the time nigger to understand how to do it?    It happens when he may be told the owner is going away for a very long time and is actually selling and only needs a couple hundred or a few thousand for now and so with a blood handshake and no written contract, they may hand maybe $50,0000-$100,000.00 to a the owner or to a shyster and then all of a sudden there has been a change and he is coming back after a year or so.   Sorry.  But, there is something else coming up soon.    But, this "wanting" to be involved in Ownership and in the lived experience of those around you is what led you to get an axe, clothing, a three button suit, eventually desire a cabin for rent and then now participate in  property ownership.   You had to learn how to dress yourself, how to drive and own a vehicle and now how to own property.    The only problem that is underlying this interplay between various communities in the larger community that is predicated on safety of property and safety of person is the emotion and the hegemony conflict between those who are converted to property ownership and those who are not converts.  Those who are not already converted to property ownership tend to prey on those who are already owning property and enjoying property.  There is a proposal before the governments to enable a half ownership agreement with prospective property owners who can  fill out an online form and identify themselves as aboriginals with no other confirmation but a sworn statement of belief in the application and if they do  swear and participate, the government will buy the property they may have seen on the realtor MLS property system in the UK or Canada, the West Indies, Mexico or America  and then the applicant owner can pay the government an occupancy ownership  fee on a 30 to 100 year term to Own the property. If you have a longer prepayment term, then you have a smaller monthly payment.  There is interest involved also. If you sell, you will receive half the equity and the equity is the difference between the original purchase price and the eventual sale price.  This is what you earned in the venture. The original price was $100,000.00 and the sale price is $200,000.00 so the equity is $100,000.00 and your share would be $50,000.00.  The government also gets $50,000.00.  You now own a £1,000,000.00 pound property in Maidenstone or Stockton on Teas.
